Shekel LLC and Neufrey Properties LLC purchased 61,882 square feet of office park at 7550 W. Yale Ave. and 2750 S. Wadsworth Blvd. in Denver for $ 5.725 million from Kensington LLC and BVWG2 LLC. Corey Sandberg and Jeff Johnson represented the seller.

Sheldon-Gold Realty reports the following deals:

Southglenn Professional Center LLC purchased a 28,167 square foot office building on 6650 S. Vine St., Centennial for $ 1.95 million from 6650 Vine St LLC. Eric Gold represented the buyer. Kerry Hicks of Basham & Associates represented the seller.

Robert and Deborah Carlson are buying a 2,149 square foot office apartment at 7325 S. Pierce St., Units 100 and 204, Littleton for $ 546,000 from Mwtwins Pierce 7325 LLC. Eric Gold and Mary Jo Cummings represented the seller. Brian Thomas from Thomas Real Estate represented the buyer.

CSDC Property Corp. bought 34,231 square feet at 5592 Independence St., Arvada for $ 1.89 million from the Arvada Presbyterian Church. Todd Snyder, Joey Gargotto and Evan Makovsky represented the seller.

Gearhart Moore Holdings LLC purchased 815 Inca St., Denver for $ 425,000 from Realty Exchange Corp. Chris Lindgren represented the seller.

Denver Wellness LLC rented 6,189 square feet of retail space at 1435 Garrison St., Lakewood. Chris Lindgren represented the tenant.
