Pacific Multifamily Investors LLC bought the Avery Belmar apartment complex with 168 units at 823 S. Vance St. in Lakewood for $ 65.25 million from CA Belmar Owner LLC. Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Wayne Family Trust purchased 70 apartment buildings at 13034 E. 14th Place, Aurora for $ 12 million from Fishman & Fishman – II LTD. The buyers and sellers were Marc Lippitt, Phil Danker, Will McCauley, Justin Herman, Kevin Higgins and Elliot Polanchyck.

Brighton Main Street Printing LLC purchased 7,874 retail / flex square feet at 301 S. Main St., Brighton for $ 1.5 million from 301 South Main LLC. Earl Duffy and Greg Knott were transaction brokers.

MSPA Investments LLC (Ziggi’s Coffee) purchased 0.46 acres at 10143 W. Chatfield Ave. in Littleton for $ 225,000 from Sangre De Cristo Road LLC. Gannon Roth represented the seller.

40th Street Industrial LLC purchased the 65,000-square-foot, multi-tenant commercial property at 7777 and 7801 E. 40th Avenue in Denver for $ 7.4 million from Quattro Associates LLC. Ironstone handled both sides of the deal.

Tyler Weston bought 62 acres with water rights on 1765 Perry Park Road in Sedalia for $ 1.8 million from Clyde Canino. Ironstone handled both sides of the deal.
