Breedlove Capital bought the 6,100 square foot building at 2401 Larimer St., Denver for $ 3.38 million from Ballpark Development LLC. Erik Christopher and Jack Lazzeri represented the buyers. Jim Bolt and Sam Dragan from CBRE represented the seller.

PKR Inc. purchased 26,627 square feet of retail space at 11,600 W. Belleview Ave. in Littleton for $ 3.13 million from Simms Plaza Limited Partnership. Paul Cattin, Samuel Cohen and Todd Snyder represented the seller.

Efficient Business Solutions LLC rented 1,167 square feet of office space at 1900 Grant St., Suite 850 in Denver. Trent Rice and Connor Donahue represented the tenant.
