IG Logistics LLC purchased Lipan Street Industrial Park at 6045 Lipan St., Adams County, for $ 21 million from EP Investments LLC. Matt Trone, Steve Hager and Joey Trinkle negotiated multiple leases on the condition that the buyer acquires the property and continue to handle the project leasing.
General Logistics Systems US Inc. has rented 25,480 square feet at the JAG Logistics Center @ DEN industrial park on the northwest corner of 64th and Powhaton in Aurora. Aaron Valdez, Alec Rhodes and Tyler Smith represented the landlord. Michael Petrick from Fischer and Tim D’Angelo from Newmark represented the tenant.
MAI Mechanical, a plumbing and mechanical subtractor company, rented 16,390 square feet in the JAG Logistics Center @ DEN industrial park on the northwest corner of 64th and Powhaton in Aurora. Aaron Valdez, Alec Rhodes and Tyler Smith represented the landlord. Nick Rice and TJ Smith von Colliers represented the tenant.
TruTeam, an installer of insulation and construction products, rented 24,830 square meters of industrial space in the JAG Logistics Center @ DEN industrial park on the northwest corner of 64th and Powhaton in Aurora.
