Transwestern Real Estate Services enters Baton Rouge market | Business
Transwestern Real Estate Services has opened a Baton Rouge location managed by Branon Pesnell, a long-time expert in the local office space market.
Pesnell has received leases for two high-profile spaces: One American Place, the largest Class A office building on the market, and 3854 American Way. An American location at 301 Main St. is 333,364 square feet and has tenants like Capital One; Breazeale, Sachse, & Wilson; McGlinchey; AT & T; and Stone Pigman. 3854 American Way is 128,328 square feet and is rented by Amedisys.
Pesnell joined Transwestern in Houston in 2018 after almost eleven years at Beau Box Commercial Real Estate. Before that, he worked for NAI / Latter & Blum for seven years. He is the past president of the Commercial Investment Division of the Greater Baton Rouge Board of Realtors.
This will be Transwestern’s second Louisiana office. The company has been present in New Orleans since 1998.
