Sliced ​​and grilled subs are served at the newest Oro Valley restaurant.

Jersey Mikes Subs have rented 1,260 square feet at 7315 N. Oracle Road. Franchise owners Duane Layton and Alicia Rosenfield are kicking off their business with an opening fundraiser to support Tucson’s Boys & Girls Clubs from May 19-23.

Customers with a donation voucher can receive a sub with a donation of at least $ 2.

“Our goal is to raise $ 2,500 for this local charity,” said Layton. “Come by, visit us and help us achieve this goal for a good cause.”

Vouchers were distributed to local companies around the new location to be given to customers and employees.

The store offers food, takeaway and delivery of its hot and cold submarines, served on bread baked in the store. The opening times are daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

R & P Properties LLC purchased a 9,175 square foot multi-tenant retail building on Tucson Marketplace at the Bridges, 1570 E. Tucson Marketplace Blvd., from Fullerton Tucson Marketplace LLC for $ 3 million. Tenants included NextCare, GNC, and AT&T. Brenna Lacey and Joey Castillo of Volk Co. completed the sale.

AuStar Holdings LLC purchased a 7,260 square foot office building at 2502 N. Huachuca Drive from Hanlon-Mitchell Enterprises LLC for $ 960,000. Ben Craney and Gordon Wagner with NAI Horizon took over the sale.
