A stroll through law school

What: A compulsory core course required by all South Carolina real estate licensees prior to renewal with a few exceptions. It is an intensive report on the state licensing law, which was rewritten in 2017. This course is written in a highly interactive format and offers both exciting and insight into reading laws and their application in day-to-day real estate practice.
