Wayde Burkhart relocates to Remax Precision office in Adel

ADEL, Iowa – Wayde Burkhart, the Perry area real estate agent, has left his Remax Precision office in Clive to move to the greener pastures of the Remax Precision office in Adel at 805 Main St.

A seven year real estate veteran Burkhart will share the store with fellow Precision realtors Juliana Cullen and Kevin Howe. He is currently listed in Perry, Grimes, Boone, Dallas Center, Ankeny, and Woodward.

A native of Woodward and his wife Julie have been married for 32 years. They have two grown children, Mason and Mallory.
