Ziff Real Estate Partners buys shopping center in Greenville > Charleston Business Journal
Ziff Real Estate Partners of Mount Pleasant has acquired Crosspointe Plaza, a 124,375-square-foot shopping center in Greenville. The center is located in one of Greenville’s most prominent retail corridors and is next to Haywood Mall, the top performing mall in the state, according to a news release.
Crosspointe Plaza boasts national and regional tenants, including TJ Maxx, DSW, JoAnn and Play It Again Sports with Chipotle and Jason’s Deli on their own outparcels. The center was significantly redeveloped over the last decade by its prior owner and provides a mix of restaurant, service and retail tenants.
Equity for the acquisition was provided by Ziff Properties trusts and capital syndicated by Ziff Real Estate Partners, the news release said.
Founded in 1991, Ziff Real Estate Partners has owned close to 8 million square feet of commercial real estate assets and has completed more than 150 acquisitions and dispositions as real estate principals and investment managers. This sale represents a transaction volume of $896 million, the release said.
