OLD BRIDGE, NJ, May 18, 2021 / PRNewswire / – RJ Brunelli & Co., LLC has been named the exclusive leasing agent for headquarters New Jersey My CBD Organics franchisees, a Georgia– Franchisors headquartered in stores selling premium cannabidiol products.
My CBD Organics stores offer a wide variety of world-class wellness and beauty products in a spa-like setting, as shown in this photo of the chain’s Denville, NJ location, which opened in October 2019.
Danielle Brunelli: My CBD Organics’ central New Jersey franchisee locates 1,300 to 1,800 square feet. Freeway lane shops, neighborhood shopping malls and central business districts in Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean Counties. The franchisee’s original location is expected to open in Aberdeen Township in the third quarter of this year.
The Old bridgeThe retail real estate agent will work with multi-unit franchisee Synergy Capital Partners, LLC on location selection and lease execution for locations in the central region of the state. Overall, Freehold-based Synergy Capital, a military veteran-owned company, hopes to eventually open five to ten locations, with efforts initially focused on that Middlesex, Monmouth and ocean Counties.
In its first transaction, RJ Brunelli brokered a lease for Synergy for a 1,500 square meter inline area at the Stop & Shop-anchored Colonial Plaza on 1121 Highway 34 in Aberdeen Township ((Monmouth County).
My CBD Organics is expected to open in the former Math Monkey area in the 178,000-square-foot center at the intersection of Highway 34 and Lloyd Road in the third quarter of 2021. The chain will join a line of tenants that includes Bed Bath & Beyond, Famous Footwear, Hand & Stone, Smoothie King and DeMarco’s Catering & Gourmet Deli. RJ Brunelli also acts as the exclusive agent for the property, which is owned by Garden Commercial.
The Monmouth County Shop becomes second in the chain in New Jerseyand joins an original site opened in October 2019 in downtown Denville. My CBD Organics currently has a total of seven locations in operation Georgia, North Carolina and New Jersey, with the Denville Franchise operated by one of the chain’s co-founders.
