Ares commercial property – Rebecca Parekh has been appointed to the board. Parekh’s appointment expands the board from seven to eight members, including six independent board members. Parekh is the co-founder and CEO of The Well, a range of wellness establishments. Previously, she was COO for Deepak Chopra Radical Well-Being. Parekh previously worked for Deutsche Bank Securities for ten years. Parekh also served on the steering committee of the bank’s women’s network.
NVELOP real estate – Torsten Könning joined the company as Development Director and focuses on the acquisition and development of new logistics and light industrial properties throughout Germany. Könning has more than 30 years of experience in the logistics supply chain and real estate development, including the last 10 years with Good man. Emanuel Ernst joins as Senior Development Manager, where he will also focus on the acquisition and development of new logistics and light industrial properties throughout Germany. Ernst brings over 10 years of experience in logistics development and asset management, with previous positions DLH and SEGRO. Asma Shabir Joins as Operations Manager where she will focus on maintaining operational best practices across the company. Shabir has over 10 years of professional experience, the last 5 years Macquarie where she was most recently part of the legal and governance team.
Gateley Legal – Real estate fund lawyer Ravi Longia has been appointed Corporate Partner and Head of Investment Funds. Longia’s appointment comes as Gateley Legal continues to expand its alternative assets and real estate offering in response to increased demand for real estate fund advisory and transactional services from domestic and overseas real estate investment and development companies, fund managers and institutional investors.
Primevest Capital Partners – The pan-European investment manager has appointed Frank Noah as head of wealth creation to drive his growth in residential real estate, parking garages, digital infrastructure and smart city communications, as well as other investment opportunities in related real estate sectors. Noé has around 17 years of experience in business development, capital markets and alternative investments and comes to Primevest from Brick vest where he was Chief Sales Officer. Noé previously worked at Zinsbaustein, Castlelake, Shinsei Bank, Golding Capital Partners and Ernst & Young.
Conditions – The supervisory board of the real estate investment company has appointed Pedja Petronijevic to the position of Chief Development Officer and János Gardai as COO. Petronijevic joined the group in 2008 as Technical Director for Serbia. In 2012 he was promoted to Country MD. Gárdai began his career in 1996 as a financial analyst at Autóvill Rt. From 1997 to 1999 he worked as a financial controller and reporting manager at ERECO Rt. Gárdai then moved to White Star Real Estate (AIG / Lincoln), where he held various positions for the last 22 years all aspects of the real estate business was involved, from the finance director to the development director and the managing director to the land partner.
