Real estate investor buys commercial properties in Campion Industrial Park – Greeley Tribune
LOVELAND – A Denver-based real estate investment company acquired a trio of commercial buildings in Campion Industrial Park in Loveland late last month.
The buildings at 225, 253, and 255 42nd St. occupy approximately 10 acres and have a total area of approximately 100,000 square feet.
Flywheel Campion LLC, a subsidiary of Flywheel Capital, purchased the website for $ 11 million from Pelican Village Plaza LLC, a company registered by Paul Mitchell with a residential address in Naples, Florida.
Real estate investor Flywheel owns a variety of commercial properties across the Denver metropolitan area, including Westminster’s Park Center Business Park, according to the company’s portfolio.
The Campion Industrial Park buildings, built in the 1960s, last traded for just over $ 7.8 million in 2019, Larimer County’s real estate records show. The previous year, the website sold for $ 6 million.
Tenant businesses include grocers and an insulator.
